How to combine, proceed orders to enjoy bulk discount

The flexibility and depth of QPMN bulk discount program enables you to
maximize your savings.

Step 1:  Make sure all of your orders are “processing”. (Only order with processing will be passed to QPMN)

Step 2: Login to your QPMN account and click Order > Customer Order.

Step 3: Click “Send to QPMN” to combine all new orders.

Step 4: Click the “+“ button to add any products / orders you would like to combine and click check out. (You can see all products are with red background, that means those products are with the same sku and can enjoy the bulk discount)

Step 5: On this page, you can see different orders are combined to one and now having a bulk discount. If you have a coupon code, please enter on this page and click “redeem“. After that, click “Next“

Step 6: On this page, you may check all information of the orders with separate shipping cost. You can change the order information according to your customers’ requests. Click “Next” after checking.

 (As you can see, bulk discount can be applied even orders are from different countries.)

Step 7: On payment page, you can check the total price before paying. And under Paypal, you can tick the box to save your paypal information so you dont have to enter your paypal info when you check out next time.

Step 8: Click “Go to payment”, you will be redirected to Paypal page to login and pay. After you paid, we will do the rest for you.

How to enable "Auto fulfilment"

We’ll automatically receive and fulfill your orders and ship products to your customers once you have set up your billing method.

Step 1: Under My Account, click “Billing Methods” and click “Add New Billing Method“.

Step 2: Enter your Billing Info and click Paypal to connect your Paypal account.

Step 3: Then click “Combine Order Setting ” on the left panel. There are 3 options for you to choose: first you can combine your order manually.

Or you can select “Send your order directly”, all orders will be sent to QPMN once you received.

Or you can select “Combine your order periodically”, you can set a time period and all orders will be combined every _ days (and enjoy our flexible bulk discount : what is QPMN bulk discount). There is also a estimated order combine time for your reference.

Step 4: Once you selected, simply click save to save your setting.
