Terms and Conditions for Card Deck Sample Giveaway

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation in the card deck sample giveaway ("Giveaway") hosted by qpmarketnetwork.com ("Website"). By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms and the decisions made by qpmarketnetwork.com.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Giveaway is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• You sell Trading Card Games (TCG) and operate a running store on Etsy, Shopify, or your own website.
• You reside in a country where participation in such promotions is legally permitted.

1.2. Employees, affiliates, or partners of qpmarketnetwork.com, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Submission Process

2.1. Participants must upload their own unique designs for either of the following products:

• Standard 54-Card Poker Deck: Premium smooth card stock, holographic front, matte finish, and shrink-wrapped.
• 23-Card Custom Trading Card Game (TCG) Deck: Premium smooth card stock, holographic front, matte finish, and sealed.

2.2. Design submissions must be made directly through the qpmarketnetwork.com platform before March 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM (GMT).

2.3. Designs will undergo a copyright compliance review, and submissions containing infringing or unauthorized content will be disqualified.

2.4. Participants must complete the contact form located at https://www.qpmarketnetwork.com/custom-trading-card-game-tcg-printing/ to be eligible for the Giveaway. Submissions without a completed contact form will not be considered.

2.5. Once designs are submitted and confirmed for production, no edits, changes, or revisions can be made.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

3.1. All designs uploaded by participants must be original works owned exclusively by the participants.

3.2. By submitting a design, participants affirm that their work does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.

3.3. qpmarketnetwork.com reserves the right to decline any submissions that violate intellectual property laws or fail to meet design and quality standards.

4. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Policy

4.1. Giveaway samples are produced specifically based on the participant’s submitted design and are therefore:

• Non-refundable
• Non-exchangeable

4.2. qpmarketnetwork.com is not liable for any dissatisfaction with the final product due to design errors or preferences. Participants are advised to double-check uploaded files prior to submission.

5. Shipping Policy

5.1. qpmarketnetwork.com will cover the shipping costs for the giveaway samples.

5.2. Samples will only be shipped to the business address registered through the participant's ecommerce platform (Etsy, Shopify, or their own website).

5.3. qpmarketnetwork.com is not responsible for delays or issues arising during shipment once the item is handed over to the carrier.

6. Confirmation and Finality

6.1. Once a design is uploaded, reviewed, and confirmed:

• The submission is considered final.
• Production will commence, and no further changes can be made under any circumstance.

7. Privacy and Use of Submitted Designs

7.1. Participant information will be handled in accordance with qpmarketnetwork.com's Privacy Policy.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. qpmarketnetwork.com reserves the right to modify or terminate this Giveaway at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to changes in deadlines or eligibility requirements.

8.2. Participation in the Giveaway does not transfer or imply any ownership rights to qpmarketnetwork.com for the submitted content.

9. Liability Disclaimers

9.1. qpmarketnetwork.com is not responsible for:

• Late, lost, or misdirected submissions.
• Technical difficulties affecting the Website or submission process.
• Any claims or damages resulting from participant involvement in the Giveaway.

9.2. Participants assume full responsibility for their submissions’ compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
