How does it work?

Send us a purchase order, we will produce and store the products. When we receive an order from you we will pack and ship it to your customer.

Is it possible to store my non-POD items at your warehouse?

Currently, we can only accommodate storage exclusively for items ordered through our services.

 
Where are your warehouses based?

Our warehouses and operations are located in mainland China, offering a prime position for global connectivity and efficient service. 

What are the costs associated with your service?

For the first three months of joining this service, we will waive storage fees.

We also do not charge ANY handling fees.

 
How do I track my inventory?

Order tracking is easily accessible through the logged-in dashboard.

 
How do you handle returns and exchanges?

Returns and refund will be process as per Print on Demand agreement and will follow our refund policy in our terms and conditions.
