Send us a purchase order, we will produce and store the products. When we receive an order from you we will pack and ship it to your customer.

Is it possible to store my non-POD items at your warehouse?

Currently, we can only accommodate storage exclusively for items ordered through our services.

 
Where are your warehouses based?

Our warehouses and operations are situated in the southeast of China, providing an ideal location for global connectivity and efficient service.

What are the costs associated with your service?

For the first three months of using this service, we will waive all storage fees and handling fees.


After this period, a 15% charge will apply to the value of the goods remaining in our warehouse.

 
How do I track my inventory?

Order tracking is easily accessible through the logged-in dashboard.

 
How do you handle returns and exchanges?

Returns and refund will be processed as per our  our refund policy in our terms and conditions.
