To ensure compliance with copyright laws, we only accept and print custom trading cards with original artwork.

We highly encourage our customers to use their own designs or obtain proper licensing and permissions for any copyrighted content they wish to include.

Respecting intellectual property rights is essential, and QPMN is committed to upholding these standards.

 
We understand how important shipping times are to our customers. Generally, our shipping times range from 7 to 12 days, and we provide a tracking number for your convenience.

There are no taxes or import fees on packages shipped to the US. 

Taxes and import fees are also waived for the following:

Australia: Orders up to AUD 1,156.50 (excluding shipping fees)

Canada: Orders up to CAD 24.55 (excluding shipping fees)

UK: Orders up to GBP 13.45 (excluding shipping fees)

EU countries: Orders up to EUR 251.50 (excluding shipping fees) when shipped with the standard method.

For other international deliveries, the recipient will be responsible for any customs charges or taxes levied by their country, which might be collected upon delivery by the shipping service. It’s best to check with local shipping authorities in your delivery area, or contact us for help. 

No, but we do have a work around for this. You can use our Snapshop (free) to design your products and to place order to Etsy. In the meantime we are developing a more permanent solution.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal payment gateway.

PayPal account is not required.

QPMN can only support US Dollars at the moment and will add more currencies in the future. 

In order to resolve this issues, please change your stores currency to USD when you are setting up QPMN’s Shopify App. Once setup, you may change the currency.

FAQ Shipping

QPMN ships all over the world with some exceptions. Your shipping fees are determined at checkout, and you can monitor your order’s progress throughout the shipping journey.

Although we always aim to ensure your order gets to you as scheduled, we depend on third-party shipping services that are outside our influence. That said, most orders typically arrive within the projected delivery times.

We take pride in our lightning-fast turnaround times, which are unmatched in the industry, no matter the quantity you need. Over the years, we have built a robust logistics network that ensures our products reach you in the quickest time possible and in top-notch condition.

We use major shippers and include tracking information for every package sent from our location to the U.S. and Canada. For other countries, we can supply recorded delivery documentation. After sending your order, we’ll email you all relevant tracking numbers, so you can address any issues directly with the respective mail services.

If you haven’t received your order or if there are problems with the items, please get in touch with our customer support right away. We’re dedicated to addressing any concerns and ensuring you’re pleased with your purchase. 

Within the “All Orders” tab on your account dashboard, you can see an overview of your purchases. When you select an order, its status (pending, completed, etc.) will be displayed.

At QPMN, we utilize generic packaging and include slips, meaning there’s no distinctive branding or marks. As such, your brand remains exclusively yours. You can be confident that nothing we ship to your clients will show QPMN branding. Below is a sample of how a customer’s order might be packaged.
